1. Nature of the Organisation

YUVA GLOBAL LIVELIHOOD FOUNDATION is a non-profit company incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Company’s primary objective is to promote education, healthcare, skill development, employment generation, rural and urban welfare, and other charitable activities as per its Memorandum of Association.

We are prohibited from distributing any profits or dividends to members. All income and surplus are applied solely for the promotion of our stated objectives.


2. Purpose of Donations

All donations received are utilised only for projects, programs, and initiatives directly aligned with our approved charitable objectives. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Educational and skill development programs
  • Healthcare services and facilities
  • Rural and urban development initiatives
  • Women empowerment and support for marginalised communities
  • Government and private sector collaborative welfare schemes

3. Eligibility to Donate

  • Donations can be made by individuals, companies, trusts, or other legal entities.
  • Donors must be competent to contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • Foreign contributions, if accepted, shall only be received in compliance with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) and other applicable laws.

4. Donation Methods

  • Donations can be made online through our official payment gateway or via bank transfer to our designated bank account.
  • Cash donations will only be accepted within the limits prescribed by law.

5. Tax Benefits

  • Donations may qualify for tax benefits under the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to our registration under the relevant provisions (e.g., Section 80G, presently applied for).
  • If applicable, the donor will receive a donation receipt containing our name, PAN, and donation details for tax purposes.
  • Donors are advised to consult their tax advisor for individual tax benefits.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Once a donation is made, it is non-refundable.
  • We do not entertain cancellation requests once payment has been processed, except in cases of proven technical error or duplicate transaction.

7. Utilisation & Transparency

  • Funds will be utilised for charitable purposes only, as per our Section 8 licence conditions.
  • We maintain proper accounts of all donations and expenditures, which are audited annually.
  • Summary reports of activities funded by donations may be published on our website.

8. Donor Privacy

  • We respect donor privacy and will not publish personal details without consent, except where required by law.
  • We may contact donors for program updates, impact reports, or further support requests, unless the donor opts out.

9. Prohibited Use of Funds

No portion of donations will be used for personal benefit of members or related parties, except for reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses incurred for charitable work as permitted under Section 8 licence conditions.

10. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to comply with changes in law or organisational policies. The updated version will be published on our website.
